Illini Chapter's Annual Car Outing
I am pleased to share the registration form that just became available for the Vintage Transport Extravaganza on the grounds of the Illinois Railway Museum in Union, Illinois on Sunday August 7th. Although day-of, at-the-gate registration is available, pre-registering saves you $5. This show has been the venue used for the chapter's annual car outing for several years now and I continue to encourage anyone with an interest in cars in the northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin area to check this show out at least once.
Now in the interest of full disclosure, I personally will not be attending this year, much to my disappointment. I will be out of state that weekend attending the national meet for one of the other clubs I also belong to. So for anyone who does attend, a couple photos and a brief write-up would be most appreciated.
I do hope you all will give consideration to attending this show, and I wish everyone an enjoyable summer!
