Concours & PCS Winter Board Meeting in the MAVFC Reception Hall, 1008 Twin Arch Road, Mt. Airy, Md.
THE RECEPTION HALL WILL BE UNLOCKED AT 8:30 A.M.
8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Registration ($2 fee for each model being judged; free for models being displayed only); purchase tickets NLT 10:30 a.m. for catered lunch on site; and sign up for dinner reservations by 2:00 on list at registration table (copy of menu provided to look over; pay bill at restaurant)
8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Setting up table displays of models, auction items, and Chapter projects
10:30 a.m. Registration closes; Welcome - Brian Martin, President, Mid-Atlantic Chapter
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Model judging
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Catered lunch on site (hand your lunch ticket to volunteer while waiting in line)
12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Look over auction items and Chapter projects for sale
1:00 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. AUCTION (proceeds go toward Micro-Meet expenses)

2: 25 p.m. Introduction of guest speaker: Bee Hamlin, Micro-Meet Chair
2:30 p.m. Featured guest speaker: C J Thacker, CEO, Thacker Caskets Inc.
3:30 p.m. Model awards, special presentations, audience recognition/announcements
4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Removal of model displays, Chapter display materials, and leftover auction items from building
(PCS members attending the Board meeting may wait until after the Board meeting to remove their models , etc. from the Reception Hall)
NOTE: THE RECEPTION HALL WILL BE LOCKED AT 4:35 P.M. & REOPENED AT 7:25 P.M.
4:45 p.m. Leave for PCS dinner (dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.) at Memories Charcoal House, 403 E. Ridgeville Rd. (Mt. Airy Shopping Center), Mt. Airy, Md. (maps available on registration table)

The 2024 Mid-Winter Board Meeting will be held in conjunction with the Micro-Meet weekend on Saturday night, February 10, 2024, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Mt. Airy Volunteer Fire Company (MAVFC) Reception Hall, 1008 Twin Arch Road, Mt. Airy, Md. PCS members are welcome to attend.
WE MUST LEAVE THE RECEPTION HALL AS WE FOUND IT, AND IT MUST BE LOCKED BY MIDNIGHT.
